Welcome to Carilley Estate Winery Restauarnt situated in the very heart of the Swan Valley- Western Australia's oldest wine growing region. We have a large selection of award winning wines to sample before having lunch or even drop in for tastings . Sample our Sparkling Chardonnay which was voted best sparkling in it's class in 2009.  Try our Pedro Ximenes liqour or our great port. Sit back, relax and unwind and let our friendly staff look after you.

We will be remodeling our bar area at Carilley over the next couple of months as well as expanding our range of beers including some exciting new boutique beers .

Shiraz 2009
Classic Swan Valley Shiraz. Ages 12 months in French American Oak barrels. Deep ruby red in colour, with a nose of spicy black pepper integrated well by savoury oak. A ripe generous wine with a lovely mid palette. Best served with lamb shanks or confit of duck. alc 14.4%V.V
