Carilley Estate is positioned on 22 beautiful acres, of which 10 acres are presently under vine.  The propery boasts over 250 olive trees and the fruit is hand picked to produce its signature blended olive oil. Carilley Estate is commited to producing th highest quality wine for a discerning clientele.  Both white and red grape varietals are grown on the property and are also lovingly hand picked allowing the resultant wine to be at its most flavoursome and robust.  The vineyard grows white grapes including Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc and Viognier.  Its red grape varietals include a superb cachet of Shiraz, Malbec, Merlot and Grenache grapes producing sensational wines.

The vineyard venue incorporates a restaurant in grounds elegantly landscaped with deciduous trees, perennial shrubs and boasts a superb collection of roses edged by vines overlooking the pristine native Riverine forest.Whatever your occasion demands, Carilley Estate offers a unique and spectacular setting for your next function - be it a wedding, birthday, anniversary or corporate occasion.  The estate is easily accessible, yet far enough away from the daily distractions and hustle and bustle of city life to create a memorable and convenient experience.
